Stainless steel honed tube is processed by internal honing after seamless stainless steel tube blank forming. Different from carbon steel honed tube, it adopts stainless steel raw material including 304, 316L etc. Its inner bore is precision honed to form fine smooth surface with accurate dimensional tolerance.

Cold drawn seamless steel tube is manufactured from hot rolled seamless tube blank via multi-pass cold drawing, annealing and finishing processes. It features accurate outer & inner dimension, smooth surface and compact metal structure without welding seam. It can be further processed into honed tube, skiving & roller burnished tube for hydraulic cylinder usage.
